Our free return policy lasts exactly 14 days. When 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t provide an exchange or refund.
In order to use your right to return the goods, your item must be unused and in the exactly same condition when you have received it. In addition, it must be in its original packaging.
On only sparkler, ice fountain and party supplies products. Any firework or wholesale products will have to be sent back by customer at their own costs. simply just email email@example.com with your order number and reason for returning, we will send you prepaid slip that you can print out and attach to a secure box. Please note if items come back damaged due poor packaging, then no refunds can be given.

We allocate the delivery partner based on the delivery method selected and the value of your order.
All UK delivery options are fully tracked and we’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.
