Please be advised that our goods are classed as explosives and have to be sent on a special hazardous courier and are packed in special UN hazardous carton.

We subsidise the cost of sending these goods. Mainland UK delivery only- Order before 12 noon for following delivery times.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Deliveries must be signed for by a competent adult and if no one is in to take the goods a £20 redelivery charge will have to be administered and we reserve the right to charge this without notice, for this reason it is always beneficial to deliver to a work address. Please advise us if you require delivery on a certain day otherwise the goods will be picked, packed and sent at our earliest opportunity.

Whilst we keep good stocks any item that is out of stock will be substituted for a similar item of equal or greater value – however we will attempt to contact you to discuss a preferred replacement.

Certain items are not possible to ship on a courier due to their hazard certification and we advise this on the items product description.

Please make sure you only sign for the amount of items delivered and that you check you have everything you have ordered immediately. Do not wait until the day of your display before checking the contents. Should you be missing any products, we then still have time to rectify the order for you.

CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES

Claims for shortages must be made in writing within three days of receipt of your order by post or email at sales@sparklers.co.uk detailing what is missing and your consignment number. We can then contact the couriers for the location of the missing item. In the event the item cannot be found we will either send a replacement or arrange a credit.

DAMAGED GOODS

In the event of our products being delivered to you damaged please take photographs, and please notify us immediately on 020 8798 9299 or via email at sales@sparklers.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement and collection of the damaged goods or a refund.

All fireworks conform to the European Standard EN15947 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted.

Payment is required with confirmation of your order. We do not offer a sale or return facility.

Purchasers must be eighteen years of age or over. It is illegal to sell adult fireworks to anyone under 18. It is illegal for anyone under 18 to possess fireworks in a public.

What Are Sparklers?

Sparklers are handheld mini fireworks attached to a metal wire, making them safe and easy to hold. Once lit, they produce a beautiful shower of sparkling stars for around 20 seconds to 90 seconds, depending on their size. They are a fantastic way to add a magical touch to weddings, parties, celebrations and fireworks displays.

Are Sparklers Safe to Use?

Your safety is our highest priority. All of our sparklers comply with British Safety Standards and relevant UK regulations. Always read and follow the safety instructions provided on the packaging, and store sparklers in a cool, dry place until you're ready to use them.

What Sizes of Sparklers Do You Stock?

We stock sparklers in the following sizes:

• 4-inch
• 7-inch
• 10-inch
• 14-inch
• 17-inch
• 18-inch

As a general guide, the longer the sparkler, the longer it will burn.

• 4-inch sparklers: approximately 20 seconds

• 18-inch sparklers: up to 90 seconds

Can I Use Sparklers Indoors?

Yes, but only if you use the correct type. We stock both Indoor Sparklers and Outdoor Sparklers.

If you're planning an indoor celebration, always choose sparklers specifically designed for indoor use. You'll find a wide range of suitable options on our website.

What Is the Best Way to Hold a Sparkler?

Always hold your sparkler by the metal handle, keeping your hand well away from the burning end. Keep the lit sparkler at arm's length and away from your face, clothing and other people.

Do I Need Any Safety Equipment?

Yes. We recommend using a sparkler safety kit to help ensure safe use and disposal.

Our safety kit includes:

• A sturdy metal bucket for filling with sand and safely disposing of used sparklers
• A safety lighter suitable for lighting sparklers and fireworks
• A pair of protective gloves

Is It Safe to Put Sparklers on Cakes and Other Food?

Yes. Our cake sparklers are food-safe and specifically designed for use on cakes and desserts.

They are:

• Silver in colour
• 7 inches long
• Available in a variety of shapes, including letters, numbers, hearts, stars and standard straight sparklers

All of our cake sparklers produce a stunning golden sparkle effect.

Which Sparklers Are Best for Children's Birthday Parties?

For children's celebrations, we recommend medium-length sparklers between 7 inches and 14 inches.

These sizes typically burn for around 30 to 40 seconds, making them easy to hold while providing plenty of time to enjoy the display. Children should always be closely supervised by a responsible adult when using sparklers.

Do Sparklers Come in Different Colours?

Yes! Traditional sparklers, including our wedding and cake sparklers, produce beautiful golden sparks.
