We are happy to accept eligible returns within our stated returns window, but there’s an important difference between delivering an order and returning one.

Although we absorb the specialist carriage cost when we send your order to you, the cost of returning sparklers is chargeable.

That’s because the same transportation requirements still apply on the journey back to us.

Please don’t simply take your sparklers to the Post Office or arrange an ordinary parcel courier. Contact us first.

We’ll arrange the return using our specialist courier and advise you of the applicable collection charge.

Please Keep Your UN Approved Carton

This is particularly important.

If you think there’s any possibility that you may need to return your order, please keep the original UN approved carton that your sparklers arrived in.

Your sparklers need to be returned using the appropriate packaging, so don’t throw the original carton away and replace it with an ordinary cardboard box.
