We offer a reliable delivery service on all orders. Our main objective is to use the help of established and professional delivery service providers. With their help, we can guarantee safe and efficient delivery to all products in a timely manner. However, since we don’t want to make any promises, we will point out that the delivery times are not guaranteed and please allow delays on national holidays. All delivery options offered are based on working days.
Please, keep in mind that in order to receive the shipment, the receiver at the delivery address must be 18 years or over.
If we cannot deliver the goods after three attempts, the package(s) will be (left in a safe place) or be returned by the courier to our business premises in. If there is a need for a fourth attempt for delivery then we will ask for a delivery fee of the same amount. The payment must be done before dispatch.
In case of delivery is not accepted or refused without any valid reason than a re-stocking charge of 25% of the value of the order will be deducted from the refund.

From the moment the ordered goods leave our premises, the courier company becomes fully responsible for the delivery. Sparklers.co.uk cannot be responsible for any delayed, late or non-delivery of items ordered through our website and we will do everything in our power to deal with any delivery problems in a timely manner once we receive any complaint or question from our clients.

Free Returns
** On only sparkler, ice fountain and party supplies products. Any firework or wholesale products will have to be sent back by customer at their own costs also if you have spent over £50 and received free delivery then you must pay for return postage simply just email sales@sparklers.co.uk with your order number and reason for returning, we will send you prepaid slip that you can print out and attach to a secure box. Please note if items come back damaged due poor packaging, then no refunds can be given.

WHAT ARE SPARKLERS?

Sparklers are mini-fireworks that are attached to a metal stick for safe holding purposes. When the end is lit, they give off hundreds of tiny stars or sparkles for about 30 seconds to just over a minute, depending on their individual length. Sparklers are a fantastic way to engage guests in a fireworks display or special party moment.

ARE SPARKLERS SAFE TO USE?

Your safety is of the utmost importance to us. All our sparklers conform to British Safety Standards and EU Regulations. Be sure to follow all safety precautions on the box and to store your sparklers in a cool dry place. If you have any safety questions, do not hesitate to contact us in person for advice.

WHAT SPARKLERS SIZE DO YOU HAVE IN STOCK?

We stock 4”-inch, 7”-inch, 10”-inch, 14” - inch, 17”-inch and 18“-inch sparklers. The longer they are, the longer time they will burn for. A 4” inch sparkler will burn for approximately 20 seconds, and 18”inch sparkler can burn for as long as a minute and a half.

CAN I USE SPARKLERS INDOORS?

We stock two types of sparklers: Indoor Sparklers and Outdoor Sparklers. Be advised to use Indoor Sparklers if you are planning an indoor event. You will find a large selection of sparklers that are suitable on our website.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO HOLD SPARKLERS?

Hold your sparkler by the metal stick and keep your fingers and face away from the lit end.

IS THERE ANY SAFETY EQUIPMENT I SHOULD USE?

Yes, safety is our first priority - therefore we offer a safety kit that includes a good sized metal bucket to fill with sand and to dispose of spent sparklers in, a safety lighter suitable to light sparklers or fireworks and a pair of gloves. You will find this item on our site under safety-equipment.

DO YOU PROVIDE SAFETY ADVICE?

We are always available to help and advise you on your sparkler safety. Feel free to message, call or email us if you have any further questions. Do read all instructions on the box carefully, make sure that children are always supervised and dispose of your sparklers safely.

IS IT SAFE TO PUT SPARKLERS ON CAKES AND OTHER FOOD ITEMS?

Yes our cake sparklers are food-safe and intended for use on cakes. They are all silver in colour, 7” Inches in size and come in a variety of shapes: letters, numbers, hearts, stars and standard stick-shapes. All the cake sparklers give off golden sparklers

WHAT IS THE MOST SUITABLE SPARKLER TO BUY FOR KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY? 

A medium-length sparkler is the most ideal length for kids to use. 7” Inch to 14” inch length sparklers will burn for at least 30 to 40 seconds and are comfortable and safe to hold.

DO SPARKLERS COME IN DIFFERENT COLOURS?

Yes! The standard sparkler colour is gold – as with our wedding sparklers and cake sparklers, but we have a fabulous selection of rainbow coloured sparklers on our website for you to choose from. Double check when you order your sparklers that you have selected your correct party theme colours before you purchase.
